Terms and Conditions – 498pkr Platform Rules

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the 498pkr platform — whether through the website at 498pkr.app or the 498pkr mobile app — you enter into a binding agreement with 498pkr and confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement becomes effective from the moment you complete the registration process.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use any part of the 498pkr platform. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 498pkr you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 498pkr is strictly an adult platform.
• You must register using your own genuine personal details. False, incomplete or misleading registration information is not permitted.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from 498pkr or under any active account restriction.
• You must register only one account. Multiple accounts under the same person, household or device are not allowed.
• You agree that you are registering and playing on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative for any other person.

498pkr may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or payment method verification. Accounts may be restricted until verification is complete. Providing false documentation is a serious breach of these terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

03 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 498pkr account login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. 498pkr will never ask you for your full password through any communication channel.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 498pkr support immediately. Until you report an unauthorised access, all activity on the account is considered to have been authorised by you.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 498pkr account.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access promptly via the support team.

498pkr cannot be held liable for losses resulting from you sharing your account credentials or failing to take reasonable steps to secure your account access.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 498pkr are conducted in PKR. The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards and other mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts are specified on the deposit and withdrawal pages and may vary by payment method.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending institution. 498pkr is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your banking institution.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 498pkr processes withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated on the platform, subject to any ongoing verification checks. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit.

Any deposits made as part of a bonus offer must be used in compliance with the relevant bonus terms before a withdrawal request associated with that bonus is processed. Withdrawing bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being cancelled.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

498pkr offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bet credits, cashback offers and cricket season specials. All active promotions and their specific terms are published on the Promotions page and are subject to change without notice.

General bonus terms that apply across all offers unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per account, household, IP address and device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus credits and winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific requirement (e.g. 5x, 10x) is stated on each offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry period after which unused bonus credits are forfeited. The expiry timeframe is stated on each offer.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game type are stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all funds being withheld.

498pkr reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to an active offer at the time of cancellation will be notified and reasonable arrangements made for any in-progress wagering requirements.

06 Sports Betting Rules

The 498pkr sports section covers cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports as listed in the sports lobby. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on 498pkr:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled except where 498pkr determines a manifest pricing error occurred.
• In the case of a manifest pricing error, 498pkr reserves the right to void the affected bet at any time, regardless of whether it has been settled.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the current game state at the time of submission. 498pkr may reject live bets if market conditions change significantly between placement and confirmation.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before the minimum time required for settlement has elapsed, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per selection and per event are displayed in the bet slip and may vary by sport, market and account level.

Cricket-specific note: For PSL and international T20 matches, in-play markets including over-by-over runs, next wicket and similar markets may suspend during critical moments such as wicket reviews. Bets placed before suspension are valid. Bets submitted during market suspension will not be accepted.

07 Casino, Slots, Fish Games and Bingo Rules

All casino games, slot games, fish shooting games and bingo rooms available on 498pkr are governed by the rules specific to each game title as displayed within the game interface. Players are advised to read the individual game rules before wagering real PKR.

• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game session, the outcome of interrupted rounds may be determined based on the server-side game state at the time of the malfunction.
• If a game displays an incorrect jackpot value or prize amount due to a software error, 498pkr reserves the right to correct the error and award the correct prize, which may differ from the erroneously displayed amount.
• Fish game sessions are individual player sessions. Winnings from fish games are credited to your PKR balance in real time during play and are settled at the end of the session.
• Bingo games run on a fixed schedule. Players must join the room before the draw begins. Late entries are not accepted once the draw has started.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 498pkr. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus mechanics, sports betting pricing or game outcomes.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion or bypass account-level restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of payment fraud, including using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulent payment methods.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet or transaction through technical interference.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your 498pkr account or account funds to another person.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

498pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been breached. Where permitted, 498pkr will attempt to notify the account holder of any restriction applied, though this is not always possible in fraud prevention situations.

On permanent closure of an account for breach of terms, 498pkr may retain the account balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the 498pkr support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within the standard support response timeframe. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to the standard verification requirements.

10 Privacy and Personal Data

498pkr collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with that policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained and your rights regarding your personal information.

498pkr will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention systems as necessary to operate the platform securely.

11 Responsible Gaming

498pkr is committed to player wellbeing. Gaming is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. We encourage all players to set personal budgets, play within their means and take regular breaks.

Continued use of the 498pkr platform after updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
